Check out my FabFitFun Summer 2018 unboxing and receive $10 off your first box! Opening each box leaves you feeling like a kid at Christmas. :)

I am so so so excited for this post because it’s been a long time coming. For Mother’s day, my husband, David, bought me a FabFitFun subscription and I am OBSESSED! The Summer 2018 FabFitFun box was actually the second one I got, however, the Spring Box was equally amazing. If you don’t already get their boxes, you can sign up using the code “EPIC” at checkout to get $10 off your first box! If you do subscribe already and want to be surprised by your summer box, then stop reading. 😉

Each box contains over $200 worth of full-sized beauty products and goodies; well worth the price. Especially since we moms spend more time shopping for others instead of ourselves. It’s nice to have a sweet surprise show up in your mailbox every season packed with full sized (not trial/travel sized like ipsy or birchbox) beauty products that help make you feel like a woman again as well as wellness, fashion and fitness items.

Each season, you can choose products & add-ons you want in your box, or keep it a surprise. Either way, you’ll love what you get! You also receive access to FabFitFunTv as well as special discounts for members, but those are options I haven’t explored yet.

How Much Does FabFitFun Cost?

When you subscribe, you have the option to be billed seasonally or annually. I started with just the one box, but now that I’ve had two, I think I will be switching to the annually billing to save a little money.

Seasonally – $49.99 (or get your first box for $39.99 with coupon code EPIC)

Annually – $179.99 ($44.99 per box)

Alrighty, now, on to the good stuff!

FabFitFun Summer 2018 Unboxing

I love the packaging in the Summer Box. The colors are so bright and vibrant; very summery. The box is valued between $321.99 – $367.99. Each season FabFitFun partners with a charity. This season, they paired with the Wildlife Conservation Society and included an eco friendly straw.

Every box also comes with a mini magazine; roughly 14 pages. Inside you’ll find everything you need to know about the products you received, the retail price of each, and some info about the designers.

Yumi Kim Makeup Train Case

Yumi Kim Makeup Train Case – $58

I am a sucker for a cute train case. Every time I am browsing the beauty aisles I end up having to talk myself out of buying a new train case. This case is so beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The other style was an all over floral, which was pretty, but not really my style. I lucked out! The top compartment has several different pockets for brushes and the inside is large enough to hold everything that came in the box and then some.

Tarte Tarteist Pro Glow Highlight And Contour Palette – $45

This palette is sooooo pigmented! The top four colors are pressed powder with some shimmer and the bottom two are cream shades. I love that I can use the palette to complete a shimmery shadow look and perfectly styled eyebrows in addition to contouring.

Jaboneria Marianella Hawaiian Black Body Caviar – $48

This scrub is made with all natural ingredients. It is NOT something I would’ve have bought for myself, but I am loving it, so I think I might have to buy it again! It has a clean scent with a hint of spice. It’s an awesome exfoliator and leaves my skin soft and hydrated. It is an all over body scrub, meaning you should use it in the shower so that you can rinse off easily when you’re done. I would’ve preferred it to come in a squeeze tube, because handling it in the shower and not getting a bunch of water in it can be tough.

Minor History Post Script Wallet – $20

This little wristlet has become a permanent staple in my purse. I use it for my driver’s license, debit card and a bit of cash. We went to a waterpark for the day and this little guy was able to carry $150 cash in addition to my card and license. It closes using a little ball bead and a slit in the flap. The wrist strap saved me in the bathroom too! I didn’t have to set it down anywhere or keep it in my back pocket and risk dropping it in the toilet.

Pier 1 Imports Marble Ring Dish – $14.99

Isn’t this little trinket tray the cutest?! I like to keep it next to my sink in the bathroom for all the bobby pins and hair ties I use so that they don’t disappear. I don’t know where they go, but I am ALWAYS losing those guys. This dish is simple enough to fit with most decor types, but beautiful enough to really stand out on it’s own.

COOLA Face Sport SPF 50 White Tea Moisturizer – $32

I am so so so so so so so in love with this stuff! I use it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! It’s a little thin/runny, but it leaves my face feeling so hydrated and offers amazing sun protection. I wear sunglasses outside every day because I am sensitive to light (migraines) and you’d think I would have the funky tan lines around my face, but I don’t! I wore it too the beach and sunbathed, full sun on my face and STILL no tan lines from my glasses. 🙂 This is something I will definitely buy again in the future.

Orlando Pita Play Hair Protectant – $34

I love how fresh my ends look after using this spray. More like all of my hair now that I think about it. I haaaaaaaate blow drying my hair and more often than not pull it back into a bun, braid or pony anyway. This spray It’s a 10 in 1 protectant spray that really helps with the frizz I get from blowdrying. I love the way my hair feels and moves after using it. Not to mention it’s free from parabens, antibiotics, gluten and soy. 🙂

Foreo Luna fofo – $89

I was really surprised that this little guy showed up in my box. I have never seen a face scrubber that connects to an app on my phone. I have to admit, I gave it the side eye when I first saw it. I have only used it a couple times (I actually prefer my clarisonic) but it is very soft and feels good on my face. It’s made of silicone, and while this is great for preventing bacteria buildup, you can’t use it with any clay or grainy cleansers.

So is FabFitFun worth it?

The value of the Summer box ranged between $321.99 – $367.99 and my box fell right in the middle at $340.99, so yes, it’s totally worth it. You get so so so much for $49.99 (or $39.99 if you use my code ‘EPIC‘ at checkout). It is the perfect treat for yourself, or the perfect gift for someone special in your life.
